About Pramod Tiwari:

Pramod is a law graduate from Mumbai University. Before setting up A.P.Legal & Associates he was affiliated with Legal department of one the Leading telecom company in Mumbai. Pramod has a good healthy experience of working with legal department of various corporate entities engaged in Retail, telecom, Logistics and Media industry.

While pursuing his career in corporate, he has achieved several challenging goals in the field of both Litigation and non litigation. He is capable of setting up the entire legal department and providing end to end Legal solutions to any organizations at reasonable cost. He is well versed with the functioning and working culture of corporate and capable of handling any complex issue related to statutory compliance, consumer complaints, compliance issue, ethical issues, advisory part, Drafting etc.

Apart from corporate experience Pramod also has an experience of working with one of leading advocate and law firm practicing in Mumbai High court. He is also well versed with Family law, IPR law, Principles of Drafting, Property law, Labour laws and Indian contract act.
